A key event every September, SOAL’s sales teams gathered in Haut-Mauco on September 22 for the launch of the 2026-2027 campaign.

A day focused on the company’s objectives

Nearly 80 employees, the majority of whom were sales representatives, together with the marketing, HR, administration, QHSE, and formulation teams, met in the Maïsadour auditorium to officially launch the 2026-2027 campaign.

The morning was dedicated to cross-functional and strategic topics, with presentations from management as well as the QHSE, HR, and administration teams. The results of the past fiscal year, SOAL’s strategic direction, and upcoming challenges were discussed.

Following lunch, the afternoon focused on innovation, featuring several presentations by teams on their projects, ongoing work, and development prospects.

 Investments and new projects

The day also provided an opportunity to review the investments made by SOAL and its subsidiaries, including the increase in production capacity at the SOMIN site in Arzacq, the relocation of the Bazkaona store in Sare, and the transfer of the SOMASH site in Pont-de-Salars.

Teams also presented several ongoing projects involving the evolution of brands intended for both internal and external distribution, the poultry, laying hen, ruminant, and equine sectors, export development initiatives, as well as planned investments at the Haut-Mauco site to modernize production facilities and prepare for the future.

Coming together to share a common vision

Beyond the results and projects, teams took the opportunity to exchange ideas and share the priorities of the new campaign. It was an important gathering that helped everyone better understand each other’s challenges and strengthen connections between different areas of expertise.
