Heading to the Basque Country, in Amorots-Succos, to meet Mathieu and Xavier Menvielle (GAEC GAINEKOAK)!
Passionate livestock farmers managing a flock of 500 ewes (Ossau-Iraty PDO milk & Label Rouge PGI lambs) and 25 Blonde d’Aquitaine cows, Xavier and Mathieu share a very special story with us. In addition to being customers of our subsidiary Bazkaona, they are also an integral part of our team as part-time employees!
A great honor awaits them! Next Tuesday, October 13, their farm will have the privilege of hosting LES ASSISES OVINES, a key event for the sheep industry, focusing in particular on pasture management and grass growth.
Between feed manufacturing behind the scenes, tailor-made nutritional strategies, and strong team spirit, they took part in an interview (also featured in the special edition of Le Sillon).
